In 1972 an experiment was orchestrated across 24 U.S. cities
To see if groups of meditators, practicing Transcendental Meditation
And using certain techniques, were able to effect the world around them.
Using specific techniques while meditating,
The groups were focused on creating peace within their own bodies.
However the results collected from the study showed a significant decrease in crime rates during the specific times the meditators were in practice.
The experiment was repeated in various cities, countries, and circumstances over the course of the next few decades
All concluding in similar results.
In one of the experiments,
The decrease in crime rate was as dramatic as 23.3%.
This has become known as
“The Maharishi Effect”,
Named after the Indian guru and creator of Transcendental Meditation,
Maharishi Mahesh Yogi..

Do you practice meditation?
When I first started I could barely sit for 5 mins,
And even then I was still thinking about what I was going to do
When I finally finished, the past, the future, scenarios that never happened, and a whole lot of other unimportant nonsense.
After a month the practice became a bit easier
And I was able to sit for 10 mins
And for the most part, focus on my breath.
Now I truly look forward to my meditations
And I try to make a point of sitting a few times a day..

Can you imagine if ALL of us were practicing meditation?
We are spiritual beings experiencing consciousness through physical vessels
In this 3rd density reality.
Just as the cells in our bodies are all connected,
Carrying information that benefits our body as a whole,
We are all connected carrying information that can benefit our world as a whole.
We are connected holographically through The Matrix
And have the ability to heal ourselves and others
Once we finally accept our own superpowers.
A great way to develop those powers is meditation.
You don’t have to practice Transcendental Meditation to experience profound changes in your life.

Have you ever heard of the Maharishi Effect? 🧘♂️
Back in the 1970s, a series of experimental programs were launched,
all centered around group transcendental meditation,
with the aim of reducing crime rates.
And the results?
Simply astonishing.
Through transcendental meditation,
crime rates saw a remarkable decrease of 16 to 26 percent. 🙏
So, why am I sharing this with you?
Because it underscores a profound truth –
the quality of our thoughts and our energy frequency matters.
And it’s not limited to transcendental meditation alone,
changing your frequency can be done with any kind of meditation .
It means that we, as individuals, possess the incredible power to influence the world around us.
Our thoughts, our energy, the frequency of our heart’s field –
they all carry immense weight.
So, when you find yourself feeling overwhelmed by the state of the world,
remember, you don’t have to shut down or go numb.
Instead, channel your energy into meditation
focused on love, kindness, compassion, and world peace.
And, especially if you don’t believe me,
do yourself a favour and Google the Maharishi Effect;
it’s a rigorously tested phenomenon worth exploring.

The Maharishi Effect.
As humans many of us feel we need scientific proof to really believe something.
We need to rationalise and use logic.
So seeing these types of ideas rigorously tested under strict guidelines and having such incredible, undeniable results is very cool to see.
It also proves that spending time working on yourself and your own personal growth, has a direct positive influence on the world around you.
